I love exploring the senses to reignite your own connection to body, mind & spirit.

Expect to be drawn into your body through movement & connect deeply to your breath.

I invite you to take some time to go inside & have you leave feeling closer to yourself and the world around you.

One of the most powerful practices on my journey has been & continues to be Yoga Nidra. Above is a short complimentary audio recording via Soundcloud of a traditional Para Yoga practice called “Savayatra” in Sanskrit, often translated to “rotation of consciousness” in English. Join me in the practice of what modern science calls “Non Sleep, Deep Rest” (NSDR). Sit or lay down, get comfy, cover your eyes & take a deep breath as we lean into the space in between being awake & asleep - the liminal or numinous space… the void where exists pure potentiality, where the vicissitudes of life fall away… MM xx

more about Mischa Muse…

She/They

Mischa identifies as queer, alternative (in appearance and thoughts!), neurodivergent and an ocean lover. She enjoys nothing more than the intersection of science and spirituality: “Explain the why behind each of my experiences? I’m yours!”

Growing up on a farm in North Queensland, Mischa has always felt connected to nature. Whether it’s earth, animals, trees or space; she is happiest gazing upon horizons, searching out adventure, journeying different landscapes and experiencing our natural habitat to the fullest (yes, that includes seeking out a beat and a dance floor!). A passionate mover, alongside practising Yoga Mischa loves pilates, dancing, swimming and walking.

Mischa has a breadth and depth of wisdom and experience, having completed more than 1000 hours of Yoga teacher training. Mischa studies with their teacher ongoing and cites the teachings of Tantra as the most impactful. Tantra asks us ‘how can we see that everything is sri (the divine)?’. Rod Stryker, Sally Kempton, Satu Tuomela and Jules Febre are amongst her most influential teachers.

Mischa is inspired by and curious about finding accessible, relatable ways to connect the subtle body with the physical body through the practice of Yoga. Ultimately, Mischa teaches Yoga because “Yoga changed my life & it is a gift to be able to offer it to others!”
