Each blend is a liquid coconut oil base, complemented by additional oils that add texture & scent depending on your needs. The doshas in Ayurveda are constitutional types composed of the elements, with each oil blended to suit you.
For Vata types - the Ground blend will serve to anchor you in the skin you’re in. Pitta’s will find the gentle notes in Pacify soothing & calming while Kaphas will enjoy the uplifting Elevate, self massage is also great for circulation!
How to use your Sacred Spray
Your blend is safe for topical use. Honour the potency of the botanicals & if you’re not sure please err on the side of caution or feel free to contact me directly. The following are suggestions for use.
keep a bottle in the fridge to help cool down on long Summer Days, post sweaty Yoga practice or to soothe stressed skin.
clean your desk pre &/or post ritual practice, spray directly or wipe down with a cloth dampened with Sacred Spray
