My favourite incense is the Japanese style, particularly if created on the Island of Awaji. Try Astier de Villate “Oulan Bator” or Maizon Balsac “Le Soleil.” Pair with either brands handmade incense holder for a luxe ritual.

sip

From morning to the evening, lubricate your throat chakra with a tipple of something fabulous. Try “Presence” from Sanas Ritual, a reiki infused herbal blend for a moment of pause in your day. Or to close out a busy week I love “Jilungin Dreaming” hemp gin mixed mindfully with Fever Tree tonic.

I often draw on the teachings of Mother Nature, in particular the Five Element System (pancha maha bhuta) from Traditional Chinese Medicine. I recommend working one on one with an acupuncturist, I love Yanan Kim at “Project Dao” . Or for some extra self care at home try “Solar” ear seeding kit, by Sunseed Acupuncture - my favourite points are Shen Men, Tranquilliser 1 and Ground Zero.
